I firmly believe that the success of a business is only as great as its people. My passion for people has fueled my pursuits in organisational design and growth strategy, HR consulting, executive coaching and leadership development.
Coming from the heart of startups in Silicon Valley, I’ve worked with numerous tech startups, as well as many high calibre companies, like Pixar and IDEO. Prior to Cultivate Consulting, I was Chief of Staff for a California-based technology startup, where I was instrumental in 10X’ing both its revenue and workforce within five years.
Working closely alongside organisations like this enables me to do what I love – see leaders and their businesses grow together. This is why I established Cultivate Consulting: to deliver a holistic approach for leveraging growth opportunities and establishing organisational change, to ultimately cultivate a world of leaders who inspire teams and positively impact organisations.
